An engineer out for a hike on the GR20

Testers | 5 June 2010 | par : audrey
Guillaume is a NOVADRY® components engineer, and designs and develops exclusive components and technologies for Oxylane brands.
To test the Forclaz 500, he trekked the northern section of the GR20 last September. Gradient, rain, intensive physical effort… all perfect conditions for observing the components in his Novadry kit, from head to toe.
How better to test the waterproofing and breathability of the boots you’re working on, than to try them for yourself?
NOVADRY® hiking boots have surface water repellent treatment to prevent water seeping in between the membrane and upper fabric, which prevents heavy drag from water.
A little tip from Guillaume: leave them upside down at night so they dry out faster!
